Holy Crap! Literally Again

Morning to all. It happened again guys and gals. Ive been having a cold with a lot of coughing. So around 4am in my sleep I started to uncontrolabbly cough and as I was doing so I felt my tena super get mushy. Yes I lost control of my bowels and gave way. It was thr diarrhea kind. And I didnt notice it until I fully woke up.

As I got deeper in my recent 30 days in diapers, I'd sometimes start to pee when coughing, more so as I got later into it. Came down with a cold the last couple days, coughed a lot and peed often when I did. The cough has lingered since I ended the 30 days, so I've been making a point of clenching every time I feel a cough coming on.

That was normal for me when I had Bronchitis as a child. It drove me nuts. Of course, I was partly to blame as I didn't tell my mom that I wasn't feeling good until I was sick enough that it required a Penicillin injection to cure me.
