I don't remember the name of the product, exactly what product it was, or what year I saw it, but...

There is a commercial for what I remember to be some kind of bath/body product (possibly AXE) for men claiming to draw in women. The entire commercial is of a woman in business attire knelt next to a bathtub seen from outside the bathroom door. You can't see who's in the tub. She's babytalking to what you would assume is a little boy as she washes him. I don't remember all the lines she rehearsed, but the last one stuck.

Her: "And how old is the big boy?"

A grown man's voice: "22"

The commercial ends with a typical view of the product and company slogan. That's all I got.

Nailed it! I even forgot the last line where she says "Yes you are." but you got it anyway. How'd you find it?
