Being little right now

So I haven't been little for a while, because I've been under a bit of stress and I don't feel like I can relax and let go during those times

Today I've read my favourite NSAP stories and been to the forum for the first time in a while, also

And the urge to be little hit me like a freight train! BUT there are things, that my head tells me, that make it not okay to be little (environment, not a "being little is bad") and I can't let go

So I'm feeling quite awful, tbh

Does this happen to you? Any advice?
