I smile "and do you think he's the one for you? I know from what he has said that he truly loves you and wants to be with you forever"

"I do think he's the one. He's smart, goofy, and kind of a bad boy, but handsome. Not unlike yourself.

Are you sure you're adopted? You guys look alike"

[Danny]

I smile and know Justin has told me to keep his plans secret "aww I can't believe he's found someone like you. You're sweet to say that. You're going to be fantastic parents. Make sure to get Justin on baby duty and don't be too soft on him"

Smiles "yeah. My mom gave me up but I still see her and I'm building a relationship with her. All good. And I'm happy to be uncle Dan whenever you need me"

Connie calls from the kitchen

 

"Justin, Ava needs you"

[Danny]

Looks at Kailyn "I think she needs a feed"

[Danny]

BUMP

Justin: "okay"

 

He puts her in the high chair and gives her a bottle and a plate with some cut up chicken and fruit

 

 

[Danny]

Dan looks at Kailyn "he seems to be doing well with the twins" 

"Feeds I know he'll be fine with. I think it's just the diapers he'll struggle with as I don't think he realises how many diapers a new born baby goes through"

"I'm sure he'll be fine. At least he was around when the twins were born. I think I'm more nervous. I haven't been around my little brother much. I can't name the last time I changed a diaper"

 

[Danny]

Looks at you "I'm sure we can change that. Mom would definitely let you look after the twins if you want some practice. Maybe if you wanted to stay over, you and Justin could cover the night shift?"

"Sounds like a challenge, but we could handle it"

Ava finishes eating.

Connie brings her back into the living room.

[Danny]

Dan smiles "I'm sure you can. But it's only easy if they sleep right through. I'm sure with a newborn that is quiet rare as it's feeds and cuddles and diaper changes all day every day"
