James- father 35 yrs old works as lawyer at a big time law firm. He's been gone and busy a lot lately and hasn't done his fair share in helping raise the kids. After a discussion with his wife he has agreed and arranged with his job to work from home half the time so he can be more helpful with the kids. He's loving, cares greatly for his wife and kids but doesn't know what he's getting himself into and how much work it will be.
