How do you build the pvc pipe banana loader?

Ive heard of people on here talking about this pvc pipe that helps getting bananas in their tailpipes,but never got specifics on how its consructed. Can you give me a hand?

I can't really help but "pvc pipe banana loader" might be my favourite collection of words I've ever seen.

Although I can't help with the pipe, I don't know if you have already tried it but I've heard freezing banana's can make it easier to insert.
