It's not about people noticing; it is about if something happened, such as an accident where it might be discovered that you are wearing a diaper. Day-to-day activities probably won't get you noticed. I actually walked to the mailbox a couple weeks ago, and that is two blocks away. but there's always the fact that I could get hit by a car or pass out while wearing away from home, and I'm not really willing to risk that.
