"You let Jay worry about that, baby.

[BabyGirlIsabelle]

"I wabt chicken nuggets and fries and a Smarties McFlurry." Isabelle says excitedly as they pull up at McDonalds for breakfast. She couldnt wait. She was in her dress and she saw Jay in a suit

[Ishigreensa]

"I'm sorry but it's their breakfast menu.

[BabyGirlIsabelle]

Isabelle sits there upset that she cant have what she likes. She sits there looking around as the food arrives. Isabelle looks at the wrapped up food wondering what he had ordered for her.

[Ishigreensa]

He took off the top of the styrofoam container and revealed some pancakes.

In the back, he pulled out a hashbrown and put that in front of her and finally gave her an orange juice.

"There you are, honey.

[BabyGirlIsabelle]

Isabelle sits there and eats one pancake and half of the hashbrown before saying "im done." She starts to drink jer orange

Jay shook his head.

"Honey, you barely ate.

[BabyGirlIsabelle]

"Im full." Isabelle tells Jay as she sits there looking at him drinking her orange juice. "What do i call you at the court?" She asks him

"You can call me whatever you want, honey.

[BabyGirlIsabelle]

There is only male and female bathrooms so she goes into the ladies room and washes her hands and face before coming back out. "What does sincerity thingy mean?' She asks confused

[Ishigreensa]

But he was worried about her going by herself, so he went in with her.

They walk out to the car to head to the court where the case is taking place. Isabelle sits in the car in the back seat looking out of the window smiling as she sits there

Jay pulled into a parking space ten minutes later, and they walked into the court room about ten minutes after that.

The state had them sit next to the prosecuting lawyers.

The chief of police was right behind them as well as the investigating officer and an official of CPS.

"Try to be as quiet as you can during the court, honey," Jay told her.

[BabyGirlIsabelle]

The lawyer talks to you saying that Isabelle

[Ishigreensa]

"I didn't mean to shush her in that way," she said to the lawyer.

[BabyGirlIsabelle]

"Dont pat mt head." Isabelle says starting to pout with her arms folded across her chest as she looks at the lawyer and at Jay.

[Ishigreensa]

(Sure, but since I'm not really sure what to expect t come out, you'll have to play the procedings.)

Jay smiled at Isabelle.

"Oh, okay, sorry honey."

He sat quietly and listened waiting for them to ask him what he knew.

Isabelles parents walk in and sit down before the judge walks in. The lawyer on our side stands up and starts to talk about why we are there in thr court today

Jay kept a hand on Isabelle's hand trying to keep her calm.

The police gave the photographs of Isabelles bruises to the judge and to the defending lawyer. They start talking about what they found out and that some bruises were old and some were healing and then some were recent.

[Ishigreensa]

Jay started to stand up to come after her, but he was pushed back down while a CPS officer went to go get her.

The boys got on the stand.

Can you tell us how you know the little girl? An attourney had asked one of them.

"Well, she's a little young to be hanging around the park after nine, you know?

[BabyGirlIsabelle]

They ask you to stand up and tall about the condition she has been in since you took me away from the bench.

Isabelle walks back in with the CPS officer. She sits back down shaking scared

[Ishigreensa]

Jay stood up and then he noticed the scared looking Isabelle coming back in and sitting down.

"Look at her," he told the jury.

[BabyGirlIsabelle]

Isabelles parents start shouting and arguing that they did nothing wrong. That their little princess just keot falling and hurting herself. They always called her little princess when she was in trouble.

Isabelle is called up and she goes up and sits down looking around the court.

Jay made a funny face to try to distract her from her parents.
