PrincessAriel
I need suggestions on how to help myself manage stress (preferably little inclusive things that aren't super obvious?) as I go back to college. I will be attending online. Link to comment
otterbaby
I really feel you. There's not really a separation really. For general anxiety as an adult I would suggest this app called "MindShift". I had it suggested by a therapist. Now as ab things go with school, I like to go back to the sticker book. That way you can see your stickers. Or maybe a sheet with things that need to be done. Stickers always make me happy to do work. I don't personally like to use food as a reward, because I have eating issues, but if that's not a problem definitely use it. A Cheeto for a chapter read. Ice cream for getting a final done. Honestly look up patenting tips and they work great. ^w^ (I'm going back to school too, you're not alone). 1 Link to comment
turtlepins
I'm an auditory learner, which means I have to hear myself saying the information for it to sink in. Link to comment
