Trainers are not as thick, and have an hourglass shaped pad sewn in for moderate urine absorbency. Not designed for flooding or pooing, but great for those who dribble or leak, or want the feel of a diaper-pant without obvious bulk.

And for big "kids" like me who like to pretend we don't need diapers during the day, but need some protection to keep our pants dry
