Are plastic boxers like regular boxers? Are they open other than the waist band, or do they securely enclose the groin area?

I don't know of plastic boxers, but i have seen plastic bloomers and would never wear them.

i have some rubber boxers i got them on Ebay several years ago, i would think they would not have elastic on the legs, but as a leak protector i didn't see the benefit in them, i haven't worn mine for a while, only when i get the urge for rubber ( latex ) i think. they are fun to play in.
