Prevail Extended Wear Briefs.

The position of the lower tapes gives a very snug fit around the legs. Containment is beyond excellent. You'll need to shower. Tested under extreme conditions due to my lack of urge. 5 days worth, no problem.

Easy advice I can give you is if you put out alot of #2s then you want a diaper that is roomy in the back(bulkage in the back). Safari and Cuddlz are okish for #2s but they are ment for hard core absorbancy for when you do your pees. Low abosrbancy diapers are really good for when you do your #2 cause they have alot of bulk in back and also very roomy. try Tykeables and see how that goes. Also try not to go for the low risers cause if your output is alot then you could leak from the top instead of the side leg gathers.

Anyways, i have allways used tykeables when I do my #2 for the reason Ive given here^^^

Bambino Bellissimo's or Abena's. Both have done job of containing some of my worst accidents over the years.

Pretty much any diaper will work for my messes but I prefer something cute looking and decently thick at least.

What ever diaper I am wearing at the time I need to go is the best diaper to mess in. I switch off between Dry 24/7 during the day and cloth at night. Since a mess every morning it will the cloth diaper that will always end up messy, but the disposables are easier to clean up from when I mess a Second or third time during g the day.

Diaper preferences are different for everybody, and a mess isn't so bad if it gets "messy" if you're just "playing", right!? If you're looking to hide your mess really well, I wouldn't know the best..but here's the skinny on the ones that I've used:

As far as medical diapers are concerned, Tena Slip Maxi diapers are my favorite, and Molicare makes a similar "heavy incontinence" type of diaper too. Also, Depends Maximum Absorbency work very well for messing and they're sold in most stores in the US; they have three tapes and although they don't hold very much liquid, they do have some good leg guards. Dry 24/7 diapers are specially designed for people with severe incontinence and they will probably give you the best protection against any kind of leaks or unwanted messes, but I've only used two of them before. All the others here I'm listing I've worn & used many times.

As far as ABDL "specialty" or "play" diapers go, any one that allows you to tape snugly around your legs are good--which is just about all of them I know of. I've used Bambinos, but I personally like ABU diapers the best. Plus their company has excellent customer service; they love their customers and they'll send ya free candy & stickers every time you order. They also take customer service really seriously, and they reply to emails with lightning speed, so they're great on that end.

If you're going for the babyish feel, then spend the extra money and go for ABU, Rearz, or Bambino--the differences are a matter of taste IMO. AB Cushies are really big (even the Mediums are "large"), they have two tapes per side too so they're more adjustable. But I think they're ugly, lol. ABU's "Super Dry Kids" diapers are my favorites (they only have one tape per side like baby diapers--which they're supposed to mimic). The ABU "Space" are just as nice IMO and have 2 tapes per side. Rearz makes amazingly comfy and great diapers too, but ABU essentially copies their design now so the differences are marginal. Rearz have two tapes per side, they come in a handful of different designs, but the diapers themselves are all exactly the same, unlike ABU's.

Well, that's my ten cents. ;)

At present I use Abena M4. I get my diapers provided by health care service...

Didn't know health care insurance would spring for something premium like Abena.
