thicker Posted June 30, 2016 Share Posted June 30, 2016 While surfing diapers and related things I found an article in the Huffington post that in the Philipines, during a visit from a world figure, the traffic is so bad and the traffic cops are so important to the flow of traffic during such times, the authorities were literally issuing orders for the the cops to be diapered so no interruption would be had while they went to relieve themselves. The Visitor was the Pope, which despite my complete lack of understanding, is extremely popular in the philipines 3.
