Stents and diapers

If you've used a stent or similar design I'd like to hear how you're making out with diapers and 24/7 wetting.

The reason I bring this up is I've found it much harder to get good value out of

I find that a thin cloth insert, like a single layer birdseye diaper, helps wick moisture to all parts of the diaper. But then you have the same wet-on-skin feel as a cloth diaper and have to deal with the wet soaker. YMMV

I find that just tucking things back towards the rear works well for me. Its always a challenge to use all areas of my diaper. The only time I have a leak is if I go way too long or after rising from a nap, then I often get the uncontrollable flood.

I have tried this and it worked
