Elfy
A universe created by some writers that is open to anyone creating a story with it. (I think!) Link to comment
Cute_Kitten
It all started off with a Princess Pottypant's story/ stories that tongue-in-cheek poked fun at common diaper tropes. Link to comment
Personalias
Kayfabe's got the short version of it right enough. 3 Link to comment
Elfy
I didn't know all the ins and outs because this whole "Diaper Dimension" thing is not something I pay much attention to. I'm not a fan of using other peoples work so blatantly in stories, even if it is with consent. I would prefer to read about a lot of different worlds crafted by different people than a lot of people writing about one. But that is just me, and I can hardly complain when all my stories just take place in the "real world" Link to comment

harrycrosby
Personalias pretty much nailed it, the one thing I'll add is that most of the derivative works focus on the big/little aspect, which was only a portion of the original story. I think a big part of the draw of these stories, at least for me, is that the alternate universe setting helps with suspension of disbelief. It's really hard to come up with a realistic situation in our universe in which someone is babied or diapered. In the diaper dimension, we can acknowledge the silliness right up front, move beyond it, and get caught up in the story. 1 Link to comment
