Has anyone else found that weakening their bladder leads to pain if you try to push out urine

Ive had to force pee out several times this year for urine test and it was painful each time. Now I was slightly urge incontinent to begin with

honestly it shouldn't hurt (peeing).

It can be a sign of many things and I won't try - and neither do I recommend - diagnosing over the internet.

OK, silly question:

What is your desired eventual state?

I have given up trying to control my bladder now and just rely on nappies. I used to get a sharp pain when trying to hold and then I would usually end up wetting my self so after a chat to both my urologist and my continence nurse I switched to nappies 24/7.
