looking for an old story

Last few weeks I've had the urge to read an old, short one shot. It's a good several years old. About a condemned man who puts on a diaper just before his execution. He was sentenced to death for shooting up a high school- he was either an DL who wore diapers to school or incontinent, can't remember- but other kids bullied him until he snapped and riddled them with bullets.

I don't remember the title or who wrote it- probably why I can't find it lol. But I do remember or at least am pretty sire it was either here or on abdl story board or one of its incarnations. I think the author might have been a Vicky? Victoria?

Any help would be appreciated.
