Snap Crotch Pants and Overalls

Are the snaps up the inner seams of pants useful for changing an adult or are they one of those things that does not scale up well? I have a pair of shortalls and a few pairs of overalls that fit and I was thinking of modifying them.

I modified a pair of OshKosh B'Gosh overalls to have a full set of snaps on the entire inside leg, and it just wasn't worth it.

I've had all my short-alls altered to have snaps on the inseam. I've never had a problem. They make diaper changes easier, but people may notice the snaps.

Check out the link below. Amazon.com sells Dritz snap strips. The snaps are properly spaced and are mounted on tape that can be sewn onto a garment. I have not used these yet, but I plan to try them on blouses because dealing with individual snaps can be time-consuming and a real pain. This might be the answer you need.
