Thank you Rachel. Diminsions it is. If that does not work, then it is Dementia, failing that Demento. I also kept IPBoard since it looked like the old theme

Updated: Got it! Can see the paintbursh; inform persons that Dimensions is the default theme. It will take some getting used to and the text is a bit tiny

Not only that, but the paintbrush has nothing for girls, all blues, greens and things like that. Dimensions does use the space more effectively. Abot the only thing they could do better is take the "About Me" out of "Overview" and put iton its own view like "Profiel fee", "blog" and the rest view with an "About Me" button on the left like Robot Talk does, and make the text larger since I have zoomed as much as I practically can

I cannot highlight either in read mode or edit moed to move things around

None of my normal edit tools like select all work in "Edit My About Me". I have gone back to IPBoard, which unfortuantely, uses space poorly, having much blank area and the center column in Overview all scrunched up. Dimensions has too many tecnical issues, ike editing

I have found a way to edit using Dimensions. It seems that the highlight was just not showing in my configuration of FireFox. A little zoom in and I am La Dona de Casa

So I can be on boeard with it

I do not see changeable colors. All I see are a few backgrounds

To a large extent, the skin just had to change because of other impending changes and it's pretty good although I had to adjust the contrast as there was too much white for me to easily read so personally however I'd give it time to be refined for now. Forum software is an difficult area as some boards either get left well out of date and others become less usable for your own uses and before you consider cost so things sometimes cannot stay 'the same'.

Actually what would be really nice is if the profile page optins, (Likes, overview, profile feed, etc and add About me) buttons were laid out along the top of the profile page and the views they opened were full-width pages and the About me could be set as 2-column. That was done at the old Yesterdayland site and a couple of others

The skin could use larger text and more efficient use of space. There is a good deal of "whitespace" which is the graphic equivalent of dead air

Gotta admit, I find it a bit overdone, with the textured blue bars and big bars between posts, it feels like I'm looking more at decorations and attention-grabbing UI stuff than actual text posts. I haven't been a fan of a lot of screen real estate being eaten away by bigness in recent web design/software changes in general, seems to counteract the benefit of the improvements in monitors and often shows less than what things used to. This trend has been standing out to me for years such as the jump from Morrowind's inventory on-screen capacity to Oblivion's.

Funny, I'm almost the exact opposite. I don't like it when things run together. Having the bars, boxes, and trim lines separates things nicely and makes it more easy for me to see each post individually.

Well I do like individuality of posts, I just wish that it wasn't so bold and attention grabbing, since I feel like my vision is drawn to the black bars more than the black text, and that it could maybe be thinner too and still divide just as well, but I can't remember what the previous version looked like.
