Kristyn crosses her arms and glares at Charlotte defiantly with fire in her big green eyes, just daring Charlotte to make her pick it up.

"Kristyn pick it up ir go to bed right now." Charlotte sats losing patientence.

I cry wanting mommy

Kristyn sticks her tongue out at Charlotte while Colin bounces Evie on his knee trying to get her to stop crying.

"Honey please sort Kristyn out and i will take the baby." Charlotte says annoted with Kristyn. "Are you finished Cora?" She asks taking Evie trom Colin.

I stop crying cuddling mommy

"Yes, I'm finished. Thank you very much," Cora said, carrying her plate and cup to the sink.

"Cora can stay with me. I will sleep down here with her." Charlotte says kissing Colin.

I start to breastfeed from Charlotte as im hungry

"Okay. Goodnight." He kisses Charlotte and Evie. Cora snuggles up to Charlotte. "Okay, let's get you to bed," he says to Kristyn. She takes his hand reluctantly and walks upstairs with him. "Why don't you try going potty before bed?" he says, sitting her on the toilet. He sits on the edge of the tub and waits and after a while he hears her pee. When she's done he helps her wash her hands and brush her teeth, then leads her down the hall to the playroom. He puts sheets and a blanket on the sofa bed, laying down a few old towels in case of an accident. "If you need anything, my room is right down there," he says, pointing to his bedroom door before getting her settled in.

"Cora lets get some pjs in you then you can go to sleep with this little one once shes finishe nursing." Charlotte says handing Cora some pyjamas to put on.

"Okay." Cora takes the pajamas to the bathroom and puts them on, returning with her clothes. "Where should I put these?"

"Just pass thwm here and i will put thwm away for you." Chatlotte says as i stop nursing.

"Okay." Cora hand the clothes to Charlotte and sits down, yawning and rubbing her eyes.

Charlotte puts the clothes away and lays Evie down in the travel crib next to the couch which Cora will be sleeping on. "Lie down and go to sleep sweetheart." She says as she goes and lays down on the other couch and goes to sleep.

I sleep in the travel crib peacefully suckling my thumb

Cora does as she's told and soon falls asleep. Upstairs Kristyn cries quietly for several hours, finally falling asleep sometime after 1AM.

At 9am Chatlotte wakes up and gets a coffee. She sees the note and smiles. She drinks her coffee while waiting for the kids to make up.

Cora soon wakes up and immediately goes to find Charlotte. She goes to the kitchen and breathes a sigh of relief when she sees her sitting at the table. Seconds later Abbie and Caitlin come bounding down the stairs, coming to a screeching halt when they see Cora by Charlotte's side. "Who's that?" Abbie asks, eyeing the newcomer warily.

"Abbie, Caitlin this is Cora. She is going to be living with us and sonis her sister Kristyn. They are dad's cousins children." Charlotte says cuddling Cora on her lap.

I start wiggling around in the travel crib

"How old are you?" Abbie says to the whisper-thin blond perched on her mother's lap.

"Hi Cora im Caitlin." Caitlin says to Cora whonis on Charlottes lap.

"Cora why dont you go play with Caitlin?" Charlotte says.

"Um, okay," Cora says timidly, not wanting to leave Charlotte, but follows her four-year-old cousin. "So, what do you want to play?"

[BabyGirlDaisy]

"Abbie dont be so mean. Go get changed now. Kristyn sweetie Uncle Colin has gone to work for a few hours." Charlotte says.

I wake up crying.

"Lets look after the baby for mom." Caitlin says to Cora

"Okay," Cora says, lifting Evie out of the travel crib and setting her on the floor.

"Kristyn go get a bath and get some fresh clothes on." Charlotte says watching Abbie.

Caitlin changes Evies diaper and I stand up waddling around.

(I don't think a 4-year-old can take a bath alone.)

"Its ok Cora . I will look after your sister. You look after Evie with Caitlin." Charlotte says picking Kristyn up and carrying her upstairs to give her a bath. Once the bath is filled she puts Kristyn in and bathes her. Soon Charlotte gets Kristyn and dries and dresses her. "Go play with your sister and cousins." She says cleaning up.

I waddle around.

Abbie finishes getting dressed and goes down to the living room where Cora and Caitlin are sitting next to each other on the floor, playing with the baby. She flops down on the couch and turns on cartoons. Soon Kristyn comes down, clean and dressed, and pushes her way between Caitlin and Cora not liking another little girl so close to her sister. "Hey, leave her alone!" Abbie snaps as Kristyn shoves her sister out of the way. She gets up and pushes Kristyn over. Kristyn gets up and starts hitting Abbie, but the older girl shoves her again, harder this time, and the four-year-old falls backwards, banging her head on the hardwood floor. She lies there crying loudly. Cora sits by, not knowing what to do as the girls fight, and just holds the baby out of the way. "Don't ever touch my sister again," Abbie growls, sitting back down to watch tv.
