no control

Recommended Posts

The best part of having no control over my bowels is I no longer have too strain to go poop.Befor losing control I had to strain to go and man did it hurt to go a lot of times. After all the years of straining it sure feels good.I would have to say that I love waking up in a messy diaper and knowing I went in my sleep.

I am happy that you can enjoy being fecal incontinent, most people are unhappy with it. All that matters is that your happy with it. I am glad that you don't have the pain from straining anymore. Straining can really hurt I've been constipated a few times and it's no fun straining to poop.

I personally have been experiencing minor fecal leakage for almost a year now. I don't mind this very much since I'm already diapered, but my problem is the underlying cause. I have an anal tear that most likely needs to be stitched up. It constantly bleeds and every single time I have a bowel movement it gets re-stretched open, bleeds more for a few hours, and it momentarily painful. I'm following up with a color rectal doctor on this, but he has me jumping through the "lets try this and wait to see" approach. What a waste of my time, but I have found in the past that its actually faster to rule out their dumb ideas than it is to try and fight them on it.

Maybe you should try the approach, "Let's stop messing around (no pun intended) and get this stitched up if you want my business and money, otherwise I will find another doctor who will." Keeping you comming back time and time again just puts more insurance money in their pockets before they actually do what they know all along they will need to do.

I've taken this approach with other issues in the past. Having to go back to my primary, get another referral, set up another specialist appointment, and get that new doc up to speed takes too long.

I could wait three months with the wait and see approach, but it can take four or five months to start over. Then of course there's a high chance the new doc might want to try the wait and see approach as well.

Much, much faster and better to just jump through the darned hoop and get it over with- even if it is still a waste of my time.
