Lucy and Josh smiled proudly at there little prince as he replies to her questions favourly "Sweetie you are making us so very happy and we love you so much that we will make sure you are properly looked after" Lucy replies before getting up. Josh lifts Kohl into his lap and snuggles him closely kissing and cuddling "Mommy is right sweetie we are going to give you the childhood you missed out on" Josh says.

The dark haired boy nuzzled his head into the older man's chest, soaking up the warmth that was radiating from his body,playing with the much larger fingers as the two giggled along to the show. Kohl just nodded his head, not even sure how much he was really listening.

The boy bounced slightly on his daddy's lap as he saw the cold, brown liquid in the bottle reaching out and marketing grabby at it. The second his paci was gone from his mouth, he latched onto the teat of the bottle and sucked the milk down. When he was prompted by Josh to say thank you, he pulled off the nipple, gasping slight from drinking so fast, and even leaned over an kissed her on the cheek.

Lucy smiles as there little boy takes to using the bottle with no trouble at all she cuddles Josh and Kohl loving her new motherly role. Josh allows Kohl to play with his fingers smiling proudly only like a proud father could do.

Kohl sighed as he felt the hand rub against his belly, warmth rushing through his body. His body slumped back into Josh, head rest on the man's shoulder, his bottle virtually empty and hanging loose from his hands.

"Daddy, binky pease?" He asked as he lets his mouth pop open and rubbed his fingers into his eye.

Josh smiles cuddling his little prince in his lap cooing to him as he drinks his bottle all up enjoying this closeness with Kohl it was nice to have Kohl as a friend but as his little boy was a lot better and felt so right.

Kohl sighed and moved closer to Lucy, torn between what to do. The part of him that wanted to screech that he wasn't tired wanted to stay up late and play into the wee hours of the night, but a combination of the long day at work, overcoming the surprise of the two's offer, the bath, and warm, comfyb clothes was making it awfully difficult to keep his eyes open and his head up.

"Story?" He asked softly, wondering if that would be a good compromise between the two.

Lucy smiles at there little prince and at what a good little boy he was being for the two new parents finally once Kohl had answered it really showed how tired there little boy was. "Story time sounds fun to me" Josh answers with delight for this is the kind of thing they was hoping for and seeing that Kohl seamed open to being there little boy. Lucy with Kohl in her lap gets to her feet snuggling carrying there tired boy upstairs.

Kohl rested his head to Lucy's chest as they made their way upstairs, the steady drum of her heart loud in his ears. When they reached the nursery, the parents set him on his diapers bottom in front of a small bookshelf to pick his story as they gathered items for him for bed.

The boy let his fingers skim over the glossy spines of the many short stories, finally settling on Peter Pan. He turned around on his knees and held the book up as Josh came back over and picked him up from thw floor.

With kisses pressed to the top of his head,he was placed down in the crib on his belly and a soft snow leopard stuffed animal tucked under his arm. His fingers stroked at the dark specklng of spots on the animals fur, cooing at the sheer softness of the toy. He squeezed the animal tight to his chest as Lucy started reading, Josh trading off to do the dialogue for Peter. It wasn't long before his eyes were slipping shut, not even making to the part where Wendy and her brothers are introduced to the Lost Boys before drifting off to sleep.

As Lucy carries there little boy upstairs she coos to him to relax him while rubbing his back also she kisses his hair enjoying the close bond that is building between the mother and child that Kohl has now become. Once in the nursery Lucy places him on the floor sitting him in front of the bookcase allowing him to choose the story.

Kohl slept through the whole night without making a single peep, his stuffed animal held to his chest tightly. As he began to awaken, he had to take a moment to remember where he was, putting together the puzzle pieces that was his fuzzy memories. He rubbed the sleep from his eyes and sat his body up, still hanging onto the animal.

He decided that he'd name the critter Leopold, Leopold the leopard, but just Leo for short. He wrapped his fists around the bars of the crib, unable to tell what hour it could possibly be. He gazed over to the baby monitor, wondering if it was to early to call out to his parents. A sharp pressure in his bladder made itself aware and made his mind up for him though.

"Mommy? Daddy? I awake." He said happily, grabbing his binky in one hand.

Lucy and Josh both sleep peacefully though the night also and then both of them slowly wake up after a wonderful dream filled sleep they soon hear Kohl the baby monitor and Josh presses the talk button "Ok sweetie mommy and daddy coming now". Lucy gets up first and goes to the nursery to tend to there little boy kohl she enters the nursery and asks "Good morning sweetie did you sleep well? And do you need to go potty?".

Kohl clung to Lucy as she cuddled him, nuzzling into her warm form. He nodded his head and clung to Leo's paw as he was lifted from his bed. He did have to potty.

He looked down at his chest, studying the zipped up front of his fuzzy pjs. He wasn't sure how he was to wriggle out of the footed jammies and diaper to got potty so he waddled to Josh and clung to his shirt.

"Daddy, has to potty."

The two parents help undress little Kohl and help him into the bathroom to undiaper him and sit him on a little blue potty that was just the right size for him. Lucy kisses his forehead before speaking "I hope you don't mind but mommy and daddy though that a potty might be better for you as we know you do have differcaulties using the big boy toilet".

"I do it." The dark haired male stated as he settled onto the plastic potty and did his business. After washing and drying his hands, he practically galloped from the bathroom, giggling as he ran head first into Josh.

"All done daddy!" He said happily, not carrying that he was naked as a blue jay.

Josh and Lucy watch and smile proudly as there little price uses his plastic potty and when he is done they both praise him and ask "Did you like using your little potty sweetie? and should we try you in pull-ups?".

Kohl nodded his head, crazed black locks flying about his head as he was hoisted into the man's grasp. He hung to male until he was laid back on the changing table. "We can do that daddy." He said as the other gathered clothes and other items. "Daddy? I'm so so hungry, do you think mommy will make us breakfast?" He asked as he gazed around the room, catching sight of his stuffed animal, tumbled to the floor when they pottied.

Josh dresses his little boy in a huggies pull-ups and then a animaniacs t-shirt and shorts before helping him back on to his feet before answering "Yes of course mommy can do food we are not going to let you starve ever". Lucy heard what was said and then goes make them all breakfast setting the table as she waits for the waffles to cook. "Sweetie mommy will soon have our food ready so come to daddy and I can get you seated ready" Josh says taking there little boy into his arms before cuddle carrying him downstairs.

Kohl took Josh's hand tight and followed him down the stairs, letting himself be placed in his chair as the adults moved about around him. He hummed as he kicked his legs back and forth.

"Mommy?" He finally asked as he stilled his humming as Lucy was finished plating their food. "Can I have milk?" He asked very politely.

Josh guides Kohl to the table sitting him in a normal chair that has a booster seat on and kisses his forehead before tying a bib on him before sitting down next to him.

The small family sat to their meal, munching on breakfast, the young male wondering what they would do today. Especially since he didn't have to work or deal with any other tasks. Reaching out for his milk, Kohl pulled the glass closer to him, sucking the beverage through the straw. The dark haired boy must not have been paying attention because as he went to gulp down another mouthful of milk, knocked the whole glass crashed to the ground, milk and glass splintering everywhere. He looked up at Josh and Lucy, eyes wide and brimming with tears.

"I sorry mommy! Daddy, I didn't mean to." He cried out.

Lucy and Josh look at there little boy eatting while also eating there own food they was eating as a framily not just friends now and there hearts was filled with joy. When Kohl knocked over his drink it they saw how upset there little boy was for spilling his drink it made them heartbroken that he would think they was mad at him for something so trival, Josh went to the kitchen and got the cleaning supplies while Lucy pulls Kohl into her lap and snuggles him close trying to comfort the little boy. "Sweetie we could never be mad at you for spilling your drink I think though a Sippy or bottle might be better and help you not spill again maybe?" Lucy coos to him.

Kohl had his index and pointer finger in his mouth as he sniffled through his tears and snuggled into his mommy's loving embrace. He nodded his head, thinking that a sippy cup would be a bit more durable during their day activities. Dark locks moved as he shook his head to show he believed his daddy, tears drying down his cheeks.

"I love you too mommy and daddy." He said, voice lisping around his fingers.

Lucy smiles seeing that she was able to comfort there crying toddler boy and replies "Mommy and daddy love you with all our hearts, have you finished eating and drinking sweetie?". Josh after seeing Kohl agreeing to the sippy cup makes a sippy cup of milk for him befor placing it on the table before sitting down and taking Kohl into his lap wiping his face with a baby wipe.

The dark boy happily curled into his daddy's large form, obediently opening his mouth and accepting each sugary bite of waffles that was given to him. He ate till his belly was full, washing the stickiness away with the cold milk.

"Daddy? What are we gonna do today?" He asked as he twisted the cup in his hands, all sides decorated with bright characters.

"Well sweetie if you are upto to it mommy and daddy are going to take you out to buy toys and then to the park to play how does that sound?" Josh asks there little toddler prince. Lucy wiped Kohl's hands and mouth with a baby wipe once he was done eating and drinking.
