Can small holes in tights be repaired?

A small hole has appeared in a pair of baby's new white tights. Can it be fixed?. They came all the way from Miami. Poor baby is so upset.

Knitted thick ones can be darned or reknitted. If they're like thin ladies tights, the usual: a bit of clear nail varnish to stop the hole from running or replace.

Depends (there I go using that word) a lot on where the holes are.

Are these holes near seams or structural junction points or out say like in the knee cap area ?

If in say the crotch area major repairs could perhaps be made and not to worry about the repaired area being visible.

However if as mentioned above if in the knee area - the thigh - or ankle repairs may make you look like a slut with

repair marks looking like tattoos or a victim of a bondage scene gone wrong.

If one leg needs repair possible to save and wear with another pair when the opposite leg on

Depends if it's a small tight hole then yes it can be mended, but a large tight hole...possibly not....
