Actuallly, baby experts recoomend against any shell-and-liner panties because if either the shell or liner tears the whole thing is useless. The recommend that you use, for toddlers, two or three pair of rubber panties and a panty over it. when the girl grows out of diapers, she can wear the panties by themselves

Even better than rhumba are "petti panties" which have lace ruffles all around and can be seen here

Thought I'd tack this on here because of it's similarity. Has anyone tried "clogging panties"? I've seen these before while doing searching for rhumba panties and thought they'd be fun. Found this website selling them with much better model photos than some of the others:

At any rate, the sad thing is that both the Sam's and the Malco Modes take, literally, months to have made. Would be nice to find someplace that actually stocks them.
