One thing that makes this fetish so complex is that there are soooo many variations within it. Having done something similar before, I can say that this feels awesome! The "trick" is making the hole somewhere that it won't make a mess, or making clean-up easy. Using a large trash bag as a tarp can make clean-up easy, although it's a bit of work that you might not want to deal with. It's possible to make the hole in the center of the diaper, but that can make a mess if you get out of control when you climax. If you really soak a diaper, open it as you would if you were adding a "stuffer" to it, either at the front or the back, and slide in that way. Usually you'll push the SAP forward and there won't be much of a mess unless you slide backwards.
