this is something i am in bewilderment about whats the differnce between a sissy and a trangendred adult baby.

I would agree with all the above answers (mainly because they are the same)

But I would like to add that sissybabies are some times forced to be this way. (I know they all want to be) TG are becoming girls where sissies are left male to always remind them what they really are yet never fully be again.
