  1. Hi! short intro first. Ive been a life long abdl who had the interest in diapers from a pretty young age and always been fascinated by them for some reason. The recent years my mind have been going towards full time wearing and I think I am getting to a point where its time to actually take the leap. I have been having some small issues with post-micturition dribble, but been doing ok ish with just taking extra time on the toilet before getting off it. I am hoping that having this log will make it easier to go through with the steps during the diaper training. Sort of make me accountable and not chicken out and go back to the good old normal underwear. Recently I found out that the pharmacies here have a subscription, so when you place an order you can make an arrangement that they will continue shipping it to you every 2 weeks, month and so on. This will ensure that I always have a steady stream of diapers and have to take an extra step if I ever get the urge to stop. My plan is to start with pull ups during work and diapers at home. Then gradually increasing time in diapers at work. My choice of pull ups is the tena pants super and tena slip maxi at home for now and during night time, then later on change from the pull ups to tena slip plus or super at work and at daytime when home, while still sticking with the maxi for nighttime use. With the training, I am only settling for #1 and possible bedwetting, allthough I know this will be a long and hard thing to accomplish. The hardest part for me is the social stigma and being worried what others might think, so the psycological aspect is my hardest challenge so far. Any tips is greatfully apriciated! So officialy this is my first weekend back in diapers. I still plan to wear boxers as a fixation pant and also to sort of hide the diapers somewhat at work.

  3. Heya all, I started a Telegram for those who want to help support and motivate each other. This is not meant to compete with this forum but is meant to be work along side this forum. It's dedicated to support, motivation and help therefore the focus is on long term methods and not shortcuts like stents and catheters, however we all know people will try these methods and since they are the most risky I to support them being talked about so that it deters those who won't go through the proper sterilization procedures while at the same time educating those who will do this anyways in how to properly go through the sterilization procedures this way we can minimize any potential self harm as subculture together. This group is not for those still in the binge/purge cycle who are looking to "force" themselves out of it. This group is not for those who only see retraining in a sexual way; its ok if retraining/incontinence is sexual to you as long as you can also see it as non-sexual, I am realistic on how people view things, not everything is a either or situation, however we are looking to normalize this to help support one another, not fetishize it. It should also be noted that its ok to be lewd/RP here and there as long is it does not absorb the entire chat and as long as one halts their lewd/RP activities when someone comes for support.   4. Hello everyone! I have been wearing 24/7 straight without cheating for about 2 weeks and have been essentially reverse kegaling to weaken my bladder muscles. At this point (depending on my hydration level) I don't feel any urge except RIGHT before my urine exits my urethra and it's too late to stop it and I don't dare try(!!). Occasional little "twitches" are felt inside my bladder which I believe could be tiny spasms but they are few and far between and I barely notice them. Recently, however (and first few days into diaper training) I have had this slight "discomfort" about halfway down my urethra (tube which urine travels through the penis to exit the body). It's not painful and it's very tolerable per se but it's just annoying enough to get my attention. I've noticed that it happens most often during "dry spells" when my muscles are relaxed but no urine is leaking out. Sometimes it is irritating enough that it can keep me from going to sleep...like I said an annoyance. My urine is clear or slightly yellow (aka..healthy) and I'm drinking ~80 oz of water and have about 5 cups of black coffee a day along with cranberry juice here and there. I realize that muscles can weaken along the urethra and that signs of atrophy are pain/discomfort from non-use but I wanted to throw this out there and see if anyone else had similar instances during their diaper training journey. Basically is this progress and an expected change in my body as I progress and will it go away? Thanks for reading and I hope to hear back from someone soon.
  5. I am on the diaper training path, wearing 24/7 to become incontinent, and I wonder if I will make it to keep my underware dry when I go to the Doctor's in a month time. I attend my doctor every 3 months to adjust my prescription for the medicine for my type II diabetes, and I just can't remember if she asks me to strip my trousers before stepping on the scales. If my doctor asks me to remove my pants, do you think I could CONCEAL A DIAPER OR TRAINING PANTS UNDER MY BOXERS without her suspecting anything ? And if she does sight my diaper, how can I AVOID HER PRESCRIBING ME EXAMS AND TREATMENTS for reflex incontinence ? Thank you very much for your ideas. Totophe
