No, we have leather furniture, which is protected, so a wipe down cleans away the wet! Which doesn't happen that often as I use pretty good quality disposables or if using poorer quality will wear Terry Towelong pants with plastic pants over.

Right, several issues here: 1/ several people have said that the NHS don't issue nappy style products for unrinary incontinence, they do! I use them! And before someone accuses me of cheating the system, I was offered them when I became permanently incontinent, largely due to my own actions! 2/ If you say you only have nighttime incontinence you will NOT get supplied product, the NHS will only supply product to those who are pretty much 24/7 incontinent, and even then at quite a low rate! I get 3 pads a day. 3/ you do not receive a prescription, or pay prescription charges, for incontinence products they are supplied and shipped by a specialist incontinence supplier. 4/ it very much does sound like you are attempting fraud! 5/ NHS products are not anywhere near the quality and comfort of those which you can buy on line.

I wear disposables, Tenna Ultima, which are excellent for daytime use, but overnight I add a double thickness Tery Toweling Pant and Plastic Pants. That deals with sideways leaks as well as if I have too much for the disposable to deal with, most days both are wet but occasionally it's only the disposable.

Why would you want to hide the bulge? I have been wearing nappies 24/7 for 16 years now and am proud of it!
