Baby Dandan no worries, i made this post because i just wanted someone to know. I have gotten better, but i still have dark days. got my meds increased and added a new one and its helping and my work has really rallied around me to help me through things

So only a few people I work with know my depression gets bad enough I become suicidal. I ended up calling out of work tuesday because of the latest episode. When I got back to work thursday I found out that coworkers were joking about me being sick. because I do call out about once a month because my depression becomes overwhelming. I have never been so mad.

I have been having problems lately. Really wanted to end it last night. Today a great friend of mine started his journey to Cali to start his new job and he is the only one that can keep me calm and tells me im not crazy. I feel lost. Whats the point of life if its the same shit every day? who wants to do that for 80 years? Honestly my friend last night was the only reason I didnt end it all, even though he thinks hes not qualified to be the person to help me and I feel terrible, I know I triggered his depression because he has the same problems, plus with him moving his dog is at a family members house and he doesnt sleep anymore and started panicing that his dog doesnt love him. I have a therapist appointment tomorrow. Its just so hard to have to be so strong for everyone and yet when I need it I cant find anyone.

Really wanted to have a temper tantrum today, kinda did by just leaving work without permission for 15 minutes. still have my job, apologized to everyone for the childish behavior

My manager is moving to California, but I have since talked to him and he said we will stay friends and talk, so im less worried. and I talked to my BF and he didnt explain himself properly that first night. he didnt have the words for what he ment, but now hes upset because he knows he didnt have the correct words that first night. he didnt mean an open relationship he was trying to describe his feelings as he has never slept with anyone but me, but he spent yesterday thinking and he appoligized for it and we talked about how he was feeling. and hes now scared of his own body, scared of the urges he is having

Had an odd conversation with my manager today when me being a little was sort of brought up. Dont think he knew how right he was being, but he didnt run away screaming, so thats good
