  1. You make this sound awfully tempting---i'd like to know more.
  2. Papa is taking me on a vacation in June to the Mexican Riviera, at an oceanside resort with lots of pools.

  4. I have no trouble wetting---it's just that so far, I have to consciously let it go. DP, when you say you made a conscious decision that whatever you were doing at the time was more important, does that mean you did not "let go," but ignored the urge and relied on your body to take care of it? That's what I've been trying to figure out. So far, I always respond ASAP to the urge, but it's starting to sound like I should be disregarding the urge, and trusting my body to take care of things on its own. Is that what you're saying? Thanks!
  5. I've been 24/7 and trying to lose control for almost three years now. I've made progress, but still a long way to go. One thing I keep reading from guys who've made it is that they trained themselves to not pay any attention to their wetting. Looking back, I'm not sure I understand exactly what they mean. I've assumed you let go and the. Distract yourself. Do you actually mean you stop paying any attention even to the urge, so Ivette g happens without control when you keep on ignoring the need? I'd love some clarity, because three years into this, I REALLY need to start making some better progress! Thanks!!
  6. I've been 24/7 for almost three years. Every morning in the shower, I use Dr. Bonner's liquid organic soap with lavender, with a mesh scrubbie. It does a great job of getting rid of any residual odors, and the lavender is good for the skin, so it helps guard against rashes.
  7. 48" waist, working on shrinking that.
  8. I've been using my FSA for diapers for two years now. My doctor has included a note in my records that I am experiencing some incontinence and may require adult briefs "for some time." I've not been denied approval of the expenses on reimbursement. I've never been asked to prove need, but the medical record is there in case that ever happened to come up.
  9. Hi everyone! I used to participate regularly here, especially this particular forum, under a different profile name. Several of you who are actively seeking incontinence were "friended" to me. Sorry for the sudden disappearance, but my laptop was compromised by a vindictive employee, and I had to remove all my online profiles. I've taken care of the security issues, and after several months I really miss the support of this community, so I am trying again under a new profile identity. I have been in diapers 24/7 now for two years and ten months. I've made good progress toward my goal of complete and permanent loss of bladder control, but I'm not there yet. Recently, I was unexpectedly in the hospital for emergency surgery and with no advance preparation I ended up without diapers. I was wet enough that my partner thought I should ditch the one I was wearing on the way to the hospital, and I didn't bring it up after until I found I couldn't sleep at night without them. I did my best to let go (not push the wetting) into the urinal every time an urge came, and found out from that that my bladder has shrunk down pretty drastically, so that much was good, at least. I felt like it would look too odd to ask for diapers full time since I arrived without one, but I did finally tell the nurse that I really needed one for sleeping due to my concern over leaks. My partner brought me my own for the next two nights. During the days I was having to wet in the urinal several times an hour, almost always very small amounts. I don't seem to have damaged my progress much, but it did take a day or two to get back to normal wetting again. I was really surprised at myself for the way I handled the situation, since I've gotten so relaxed otherwise about my public changes, etc. Anyway, the experience woke me up that I need to refocus on my goal, and I VERY much missed the support here, so I'm back. Looking forward to pushing this journey to the finish line!
