Looks like your behavior in chat is the reason you are suspended from chat. After looking at your history you should be eligible for chat again as long as the suspension is current and you haven't done anything to extend you punishment. At this time i suggest emailing Bettypooh.

The rules are actually not too dumb if you read them, and if you understand why they're in place.

Read your warnings and you will learn how to get your chat function restored. Open your profile and click where it says warning points and it will bring up your warnings. TBH, I don't think you actually want to understand the rules, so I don't understand why we should let you back in.
