Sorry to dig up old threads but no one answered you. Im pretty sure theyre the same as the Lille Supreme Fits just rebranded with AgeUK. Which are okay diapers, abit thin (Unless you can find the highest absorb lvl, theyre very padded) but Im not a fan of cloth backs generally. Also, you can get theses kinds of diapers at mobility stores for £15 or less (Depends where you live)

They're more discrete than a normal tabbed diaper but less enjoyable to wear IMO. Best adjustable tabbed diapers are the Tena Slips, as long as you put the sticky tabs on the "landing strip" <Tenas marketing balls, not mine. But since you dont want plastic backed im not sure, cloth diapers are inherently unadjustable. Why dont you look at pull-ups? They seem to solve both your problems: Cloth backed, can be readjusted almost infinitely. Seems like a winner.

4 Tena Slip Maxi's is the most I think. Comfiest nights sleep ever.
