  1. I don't wet now, but when I did (until my mid teens) I had to keep a log for the doctor. It was a series of pre-printed A4 calendar sheets with 2 outlined weather symbols in each day square, a sun symbol for dry and a rain symbol for wet. The appropriate symbol had to be coloured in (usually the rain symbol!), in later years when I felt colouring was too juvinile, I circled/doodled around the symbol.
  2. I tended not to wake up until morning. On the rare occasion that I did wake up in the middle of the night I would stay in my wet bed until morning. I never had any difficulty drifting back to sleep in my soaking pyjamas and sheets.
  3. I did this as well on some nights, probably averaging once or twice a month. I normally did it on purpose if I was too comfortable/on the verge of drifting off to sleep, or if I actually woke up to pee?in the middle of the night but the room felt cold. I wasn't reliably dry on most nights until about age 15 anyway and so I figured that another wet mark on the chart didn't really make a difference.
  4. I've done inulin and psyllium husk, of the two I think I prefer the inulin consistency. It's the most like sloppy diarrhoea (as opposed to watery) that I've managed to get. It's still rather strange though, the shit doesn't really stick to your ass.
