    The old ones were my daily go to diaper for daytime use. The new ones are even better—and I've had no issues with discreteness for either version… although I do mostly wear dresses and skirts. I still use the new ones daily. I think the noise level mostly comes down to how well the diaper was put on. I know that if it is put on less than perfect it can make more noise—but that's something that is true of almost any diaper. Over time my boyfriend has become very familiar with how to get they best fit on me, and they make virtually no noise at all.

    My boyfriend does it for me and it takes him maybe 10–15 seconds tops for a perfect fit.

    I don't use them as a stuffer, but the Pampers BabyDry size 6 are surprisingly more absorbent than I thought they would be… although I haven't tried any other brands to compare them to.

    On the surface they seem like a good idea… sure, a quieter potentially more discrete and comfortable product! But the reality is that they're actually the exaaact opposite of that. They have no ability to control odor. They sag very easily and don't hold their shape. The sagging leaves them much more prone to leaking. It also makes them surprisingly noisier than you'd expect because of how loose they are. They also sometimes even seep liquid through the "breathable" layer.

    I used to be worried whenever I go with my boyfriend to shop in the kid's clothes section, I'd get like supper giddy and excited and freak out if people noticed me… but the thing is, nobody cares and nobody's looking

    I've never had a problem before, so you should be fine.

    Because I have to deal with incontinence, most of the time I end up wearing plastic tape up kinds.
