Goerge, why you do not try botox shot into anal sphincter same way as into urethral muscles as you described before some year on this website. Look for aesthetic doctor or nurse which will not inject botox into your face, but into your ass and you could experience temporal incontinence.

Injection of botox into anal sphincter will paralyze it for about 3 months so induce incontinence. It is temporal and approved for healing of anal fissures. You shall use higher dose and without diagnose it will hard to find a medician.

My homemade stent is in shape of spring with string. Is spun with plastic coated Cu wire from ethernet cable. Insert it with intruducer and pull out with string. Stent is firmly held in place by sphincters. For proper placement you must experiment, I done it and paint marks on introducer. Take care to fine turn wire ends back into spring's inside to prevent urethra bruising. Also notice string loop and knot on both spring ends to prevent lenghten spring at withdrawal. Front end is narrowed for easier introduction and as stop for introducer. Real outer diameter is 5.6mm and length 80mm. It works for me, but i am not responsible in any way for make and use stent by anybody other!

Use catheter is discomfortable and take out feel of dripping. I use home made stent with string for removing (pulling) it out. To prevent UTI before every use I clean it in alcohol and leave it inside max five days. If in place I'm totally incontinent, permanently dripping and must wear diaper without pause. It is beautiful experience and after many uses there is no UTI to today.

Hollow butt plug prevent the sphincter close, free pass of everything from your guts out is allowed. You will not have any control or notify about it, only feel of slight gut movement and farth or poop is out. Wear butt plug is however very uncomfortable and slightly painfull in sitting position. I tried it wear for two days. No problem get it out. Only slightly push (like pooping) and it will jump out.

The injection is without pain and relax your muscle for about 3-5 month. Depending on dosage can lead to total temporal incontinence. After this interval the muscle activity will return. Injection without proper diagnose is not officially approved, so it will be hard fo find physician for doing this.
