  1. I've found the Abena Abri-Let booster pad to wick quite well. Some booster pads balloon up and impede flow even worse (I'm thinking Tykeables and Bambino, which swell quite magnificently if that is your desire). Others, like North Shore seem to be work decently but probably is more neutral wicking. I wore an Abri-Let "Normal" yesterday with good results. They wick pretty well and don't really swell up that much. I would expect that cloth would be the best at wicking, though.
  2. XP Medical is another reliable supplier that stocks Crinklz. https://www.xpmedical.com/
  3. Try Baby Pants, I've never bought shirts from them but their writeup emphasizes shortness. Though no blue available. https://www.baby-pants.com/index.php
  4. MegaMax I can pull down like underwear and pull back up when done. Other diapers, I un-do both plastic tabs on my right side, pull it down the left leg, then when done pull it back up and re-tape the plastic tabs.
  5. Back in '17 when this conversation happened, I had a 34" waist and I bought two of the medium training pants. I don't recall a lot of shrinkage and they still fit well with a 36" waist, if using in place of regular underwear. Maybe a bit on the snug side but I didn't like loose underwear, back when I wore underwear.. Checking with a ruler, the un-stretched waist size is 24" but they feel fine IMO. Not sure this is helping, because it sounds like you were trying to decide between a L and an XL. You may want to go for the large if you want a less constrictive feel. I used to wear them under my business casual clothes at work, back before I retired.
  6. The NS Supremes are my favorite daytime diaper (discrete, no leaks, wicking=usable capacity). The MegaMaxes are one of my preferred nighttime diapers. If the MegaMax design is back to what it used to be they will be my go-to nighttime diaper again. Ordering a case of MM's very soon. Working through a bag of earlier MMs and a bag of Dry 24/7s. Thanks Adam for your attention and updates.
  7. My opinion: the Supreme wicks better than any diaper I've seen, ever! I would dearly hate to see that feature reduced. I suspect that the wicking ability is related to the "hardness" of the diaper. The Dry 24/7 was the only other diaper I've seen that came close in terms of wicking, but a few years back the diaper design changed to a less hard one with less wicking. Suggestion: do what you can to soften the diaper up by folding the diaper and rolling it, and additionally, bend the crotch area in a "V" when putting it on; that will reduce chafing.
  8. I've had good luck with compression shorts-type athletic gear. They're pretty cheap, $20-ish range. I've bought Starter compression shorts at Wal-Mart, but it looks like they're carrying "Hanes Sport Men's and Big Men's Performance Compression Shorts" now. More recently I've bought "Under Armour Men's HeatGear Armour 2.0 Compression Shorts" from Dicks. Size may be dependant on your setup: I have a 36" waist and use a medium for disposables, but I like things a bit snug. If I tried to use them with cloth I might need a bigger size. They're pretty good for reducing chafing too: I've worn them when golfing and/or during yardwork.
  9. I placed an order last Friday with Northshore. They are operating with a reduced staff and said that there may be delays in shipping. The order shipped a day later than normal: it was shipped next day instead of same day; NS is so good!! The box is projected to arrive later today with normal-for-me two day ground transit time. From what I understand, in order to avoid in-transit delays due to abnormally-high COVID-related freight volumes, the box should arrive tagged as medical supplies. So a bit less discrete than usual.
  10. I travel quite often and usually wear a diaper in the evening, changing to a dry one before going to bed.
  11. I've never used Snappies, and was wondering, how well do they work?
  12. Medium ComfiDry 24/7, with Abena Abri-Let Maxi booster pad, inside Baby Pants-brand "Classic Blue Stars" plastic pants.
  13. I call them "almost through the night" because they don't have near the capacity of M4 or 24/7.
