I like to stand up pull the diaper between my legs, even out front and back. Then bottom tape right, then left. Finish with top tapes the same way. Very easy and fast.

Most professions/hobbies one would think use diapers, don't use diapers, like explained above, since there is better alternatives I'm sure some do use diapers though, for example divers and sailplane pilots, the latter cause I have flown it myself and heard it were said and the main reason I wanted to learn it

And does it occur to you that if you make it a topic of public comment that you infringe on those who are happy to keep it private by bringing the community, as a whole, and therfore its parts, under public, busybody, scrtiny?
