Personally I like the upload speed of a Dry24/7. They also have decent firewall protection, be careful though, they don't have any antivirus protection to speak of.
I'm on my third cpap in the last 26 years. Tried surgery first, it didn't work and I would NEVER recommend it to anyone. One cpap lasted about 15 yrs, the Dr. couldn't believe how many hours were on it.
I had one done. I stopped breathing 30 times an hour. A c-pap is the best thing now after i got used to it. Sleep much better now and sleep less. You may start to wet the bed when sleeping deeper after you get used to the c-pap. Or chat machine.
