Fat Frank, Frank the Tank, Frankenstein...
This was taken awhile ago, just before getting to my heaviest at 485-give-or-take. This is central obesity - the weight concentrated in the middle of the body. My upper body is considerably smaller than the rest which makes for the balance issues I have plus the mobility limitations. The photo shows the bigger part of my belly is below the waist line, breaking from underneath the belly button, continuing on the sides and then meeting up with the backside. I said once, it looks like an inner tube is shoved in my pants. It does. Waist - about 68, hips more than 72. When I am seated, the weight in front and back shifts forward. Everything is and looks tighter which is why there is a muffin top over the belt and it looks like I am about to pop out of the shorts. The doctor joked once that my weight is perfect for my height... if I were 11 feet tall. I did have to laugh...
